Paint Protection

We also offer the TASSA-approved Autowatch Ghost Immobiliser 2, a discreet, keyless security solution. Our Factory Retrofit Service allows genuine manufacturer options that were available from new, but not originally specified, to be professionally retrofitted prior to sale. Popular retrofit options include Apple CarPlay / Android Auto, reversing cameras, heated seats, folding mirrors, and tyre pressure monitoring systems, among others (model dependent). All work is completed in-house using genuine OEM manufacturer parts and correct coding, ensuring a seamless, factory-correct finish — as if the vehicle left the factory with the option installed.

Modify

Our in-house modification services range from subtle factory-style OEM+ enhancements to full bespoke builds. With extensive experience, we deliver projects of any scale, tailored entirely to your vision.

Cosmetic Modifications: This can be as understated or as bold as you choose. Options include badge colour changes, brake caliper colour refinishing, complete wheel design upgrades, and the supply and installation of bodykits, including carbon-fibre kits, plus much more. Every visual modification is completed with close attention to detail, whether the aim is subtle personalisation or a more aggressive aesthetic.

Performance Modifications: This can range from subtle enhancements to comprehensive performance builds. Options include professional ECU and TCU calibrations, engine and transmission upgrades, suspension enhancements such as coilover systems, and selected chassis improvements, all specified to suit the vehicle and its intended use. Whether the aim is increased performance, improved drivability, or sharper handling, each modification is carefully planned and executed to deliver the desired results while maintaining reliability and everyday usability.

Model Overview:

This is not your average Volkswagen Polo – it’s a purpose-built hillclimb / rally prototype. It combines a lightweight Dytko chassis, a high-output 2.3L Stroker engine, and race components to compete in hillclimb/sprint events under MSA compliance.

Built from the ground up as a competition weapon, this Polo carries virtually no resemblance to a road-going hatchback. The car is constructed around a Dytko “proto” shell, with extensive tubular reinforcements, integrated WRC front & rear body panels, sill stands, a vented bonnet, and a genuine WRC carbon-fibre rear wing.

At its heart lies a heavily reworked 2.3-litre Evo “stroker” unit originally derived from Mitsubishi hardware. The build includes a ported head, Supertech valves, solid lifters, a Hewerk billet crank, CP-Carrillo pistons, Oliver rods, ARP fasteners (head, main, flywheel), balance shafts from Evo 9, and a baffled “big wing” sump for oil control under high lateral loads.

Boost is provided via a Garrett GTX turbo, aided by a bespoke exhaust manifold and external wastegate. The induction system uses a custom intake manifold and a Nissan throttle body. Fueling is managed via 1000 cc injectors and a rear-mounted fuel system, and the ECU is a GEMS unit (tuned by Field Motorsport), producing in the region of 700PS on Carless DEV 2 Race Fuel.

The gearbox is a Samonsas 5-speed sequential transaxle with a 4.142 final drive. Gearing is laid out as 3.000 / 2.000 / 1.470 / 1.110 / 0.870. It’s paired with a Geartronics pneumatic paddle-shift system and gear display unit.

Drivetrain components are all up to the task: the car uses Mitsubishi Evo 9 hubs and driveshafts, and both front and rear differentials employ Ralliart-plated units. A Motec differential controller is fitted to manage torque distribution and optimize traction.
