HP lets you finance the car over a fixed term with predictable monthly payments, making budgeting easier. It's ideal for those aiming to own their vehicle outright without a large upfront payment, which makes it the preferred choice by many for its straightforward ownership experience with no mileage restrictions and the certainty of eventual ownership.
PCP involves lower monthly payments compared to HP, as you're only financing a portion of the car's value. At the end of the contract, you have the flexibility to choose between returning the car to the finance company, paying a final balloon payment to own it, or part-exchanging it for a new model. PCP is ideal for those who enjoy upgrading their vehicle regularly.
LP is similar to HP but with a final balloon payment that is required at the end of the agreement. This option typically offers lower monthly payments compared to HP; however, the final balloon payments must be made at the end of the term, with no option to return the car like PCP. LP is ideal for individuals looking for lower monthly commitments with the intention to own the car outright at the end of the term.
