There are few words to describe how awesome these guys are.
After a negative experience with a different dealership, I came to them as a newbie to the world of performance cars and RS3s. After speaking with Dhyllan on the phone for nearly an hour one evening, I was put at ease immediately with his honesty, helpfulness and unrivalled knowledge of RS3s. He talked me through every inch of the car I was interested in and took the time to educate me, and asked me to come to him for advice even if I didn’t buy a car from them.
When I decided to go ahead, Dhyllan, Louis and the team could not have been more helpful and attentive. They sorted my private plate to be on the car ready for collection (free of charge), and they made the collection day a special event and went above and beyond to make it memorable. Everything was smooth and painless, and they picked me up from the train station on collection day (in an RS3). They did a nice reveal of the car with the marketing team, who took some epic photos of the collection moment.
The detailing and preparation process the cars go through is mind-blowing. On collection day, I was given a tour of the detailing area and watched some of the team PPF-ing a car for a customer. The attention-to-detail and care they take doing this is amazing. Even though they are used, all of the cars looked better than I would expect them to coming new from the factory.
Louis spent hours with me on the day talking me through every aspect and feature of the car. He did a great job of explaining everything to a complete beginner and I came away much more educated than when I entered.
Their after-sales support has been amazing too, replying to any question I have promptly and efficiently.
Ultimately, nothing is too much much trouble for the team at Automotive Addiction and, in an industry with an unfortunately high frequency of dishonest individuals, these guys stand way out from the crowd as being trustworthy and having integrity.
They now very much have a customer for life and I would implore anyone to use them!

I have been following Automotive Addiction for many years on social media so I know their work, what they do and the detail they go to when cleaning and preparing their cars, although that is only a small part of what you see and experience.
I was in the market for a particular car and had been looking for a while for the right one to come up.
I saw a story on Automotive Addiction’s Instagram page of a car going through the washing process and immediately messaged them but unfortunately it was already sold! I filled out the stock form on their website and Dhyllan messaged me soon after asking some information regarding specification / budget etc.
A week or two later, another car popped up on their story, and I messaged Dhyllan immediately asking to view it! He was away working but got back to me in less than 10 minutes still.
I had arranged a viewing the next day (bearing in mind they only got it 24 hours prior from a previous customer) and dealt with Louis who was absolutely excellent from start to finish.
I viewed the car, all questions were answered clearly and was put under no pressure at all. I had a great chat with Louis and he was extremely relaxed and I went away to have a little think about the car and the options etc I would like (PPF / Coating) as I am really picky! The specification I wanted was virtually impossible to get, but this car in particular was stunning.
I agreed to buy the car, and we arranged for some extras to be put on. I was kept informed and updated throughout the entire process and they have done everything they said they would and more.
I collected the car on a Saturday and it was perfect.
I can’t thank the entire team who have worked to make this car perfect enough. Dhyllan, Louis and the entire team take great pride in looking after their customers and going above and beyond what you expect.
I would not hesitate to deal with Automotive Addiction again for anything car related, and I certainly would not hesitate to recommend them!
